Alcubierre Warp Drive
A Theoretical and Nuts & Bolts Investigation

What is My Goal for This Book?

The goal of this book is not to sell books. That is a means to an end. The end is to educate this generation of university students about the patents, experiments, and theories that support the Alcubierre warp drive hypothesis and encourage interested students to pursue university funded research programs building on this knowledge. It is my hope that when university STEM professors, researchers, and other faculty read this book they will want to share this site with their students for them to also read it, review it, and buy a copy of the ebook.

If this book goes viral it is my hope that podcasts like "The Why Files" and eventually Lex Fridman and Joe Rogan will want to cover it. It is my hope that in the end the book's contents reaches the ears of the billion dollar tech leadership community and that they will want to donate $5-10 million a piece to top rate universities where the research proposals in my book will be explored in every facet and results reported publicly to the world.

Why do I Want Your Email Address?

I am taking a two pronged approach to try and make this book go viral. One approach is accumulating a high number of reviews by individuals who have read the book. The second approach is achieving and maintaining best seller status in the category: Kindle eBooks > Science & Math > Astronomy & Space Science > Aeronautics & Astronautics on Amazon. I will be contacting those who submitted their email addresses to receive the ebook from me to ask them to buy a copy of the ebook and submit a review when it is published in a few months in the hope the book will go viral.

How Much Money am I Making Per Copy?

An ebook on Amazon can be given away for free for only a 5 day period every 90 days. The lowest price I can sell my ebook on Amazon is $1.99 for ebooks larger than 3 MB of which I the author would get a 35% royalty, or $0.70 per copy sold. I have decided to charge $2.99 for the ebook of which I the author would get a 70% royalty, minus $0.15/MB, or $1.65 per copy sold.
